Variable loan terms
The home loans we offer range from a minimum repayment term of five years to a maximum of 35 years. We have designed our portal with simplicity and ease and submitting your cases could not be any easier. You will only be asked for the information that we require to give your clients a quick and reliable online loan decision.
Step 4: Application
Once your client has finalised their application, you can progress their case online and upload documents. As everything is kept in one location, it is easy to monitor and manage.
Step 5: Offer
Once your client's case is accepted, we will notify you via the portal. Additionally, you will be sent your client's offer pack, including all of the details they will need for the completion of their case. You will be informed every step of the way but should you require additional feedback, our dynamic team are always ready to assist you.
Requirements to apply for a home loan
We do have requirements that you will need to meet before applying for a loan. All requirements are clearly detailed on our website and some of these requirements include the following.
Residential mortgage requirements
- 18 years or older
- 75 years at end of mortgage term
- At least one borrower must have an active credit history
CCJs/Defaults requirements
Our Standard Range requires applicants to not have had CCJs/defaults registered in the last 24 months whereas our Specialist Range allows for a maximum of two CCJs/defaults registered in the last 24 months up to the value of £2000.
